We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, that generated results will meet user expectations, increase sales, increase conversion, generate profit, or comply with the requirements of any specific marketplace.
Пользователь понимает и соглашается, что результаты генерации создаются с применением технологий искусственного интеллекта и могут содержать неточности, ошибки, неполные сведения или нежелательные формулировки.
The user understands and agrees that generated outputs are created using artificial intelligence technologies and may contain inaccuracies, errors, incomplete information, or undesirable wording.
Пользователь самостоятельно проверяет все тексты, изображения, характеристики, описания, инфографику, SEO-материалы и иные результаты генерации перед публикацией, использованием или распространением.
The user must independently review all texts, images, characteristics, descriptions, infographics, SEO materials, and any other generated outputs before publication, use, or distribution.
Пользователь самостоятельно несёт ответственность за соблюдение применимого законодательства, правил маркетплейсов, прав третьих лиц, включая авторские права, товарные знаки и иные права интеллектуальной собственности.
The user is solely responsible for compliance with applicable law, marketplace rules, and third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
MarketCard AI не несёт ответственности за блокировки карточек, аккаунтов, жалобы, претензии, убытки, упущенную выгоду или иные последствия, возникшие в результате использования сервиса или созданных материалов.
MarketCard AI is not liable for listing removals, account suspensions, complaints, claims, losses, lost profits, or any other consequences arising from the use of the service or generated materials.
Оплата сервиса может осуществляться через сторонние платёжные системы и платёжные шлюзы. Мы не храним полные данные банковских карт пользователей на своих серверах.
Payments for the service may be processed through third-party payment systems and payment gateways. We do not store full bank card data on our servers.
Если иное прямо не предусмотрено обязательными нормами применимого законодательства, после активации тарифа, предоставления доступа к функционалу или использования лимита генераций денежные средства возврату не подлежат.
Unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law, once a plan is activated, access to functionality is provided, or generation limits are used, payments are non-refundable.
